Meet Amy Ballain -
 Lead Agent/ Owner Red Door Group LLC






Amy has over 15 years in the real estate industry. Starting out as a Leasing Specialist, Amy knew from the time she was a first grader that real estate was her calling. Amy worked in the home building industry for over 9 years.  Amy thrived as a Home Counselor  and then as the Denver Division Sales Manager for the nationally acclaimed builder; John Laing Homes. Amy  received numerous awards in the industry for top sales performance and customer satisfaction. Amy has helped hundreds of families purchase their new homes and she has continued doing that over the pas 3 years with the Red Door Group and Keller Williams Northwest. She assists Buyers, Sellers,and Builder clients to attain their real estate goals. She enjoys her calling so much she  finds many clients turn into friends.

Amy's biggest accomplishment thus far is having a family she is crazy about. Her husband Sean, her son Derek and her daughter Taylor are her pride and joy. Amy also enjoys spending time with her sisters, her girlfriends,  and of course her dog; an adorable boxer named Scout.

Meet Heather McNicholas -
 Listing Specialist / Buyer Agent / Relocation Specialist




   

Heather McNicholas has a wealth of professional experience.Prior to her Real Estate career, she worked for PacifiCare/United Health Care, managing and negotiating $40 million dollar contracts for companies like Anheuser-Busch, State Farm, Amgen, etc.Her expertise in negotiations has served her clients very well.Heather's corporate experience has enabled her to perform at a higher level of professionalism, offering her clients strong organizational and communication skills, while protecting their best interest.

Meet Heidi Marshall -
Listing Specialist / Buyer Agent



 

Heidi is a small town Colorado native, born in Boulder and raised in Berthoud. In 2001 she got her first taste of the home sales experience by landing her first real job at John Laing Homes working under her friend and mentor Amy Ballain. Heidi quickly made her way from community to community often selling in some of the most difficult areas in the state. After taking a brief hiatus from the selling circuit, Heidi decided that her true passion was working with people and their homes. She has a strong desire to build long lasting relationships and do the best job possible for her clients. Heidi is back in her element and eager to get started as a new addition to the Red Door Group.

Heidi has amazing support from her husband Gui and an adorable smile to come home to provided by her daughter Emersyn. She also has a black pug named Izzy who could use a few more evenings out taking walks.
